So I just got to the hotel where my parents are staying and it is so nice to see them! They had a bit of a tough trip here not being able to sleep on the plane and meeting some grumpy people in Madrid, but they made it here safe and sound and with all my favorite foods still intact. =) We'll be going out to grab some dinner in a little bit and I can show them a little bit of Alicante. I'll be writing again soon to tell everyone what my parents think of Spain.
